I have a virtual card. How do I request a physical fuel card?
Do you currently have a virtual fuel card and would you also like a physical fuel card? You have two options:
- Order a new physical fuel card with a new card number. You can find out how to do this in this FAQ: How can I request a new or additional Q8 liberty card? – Q8.
- Convert your current virtual fuel card into a physical fuel card. In this case, you keep the same card number and can continue using your virtual card in the app. You can request a this by e-mailing cardsupport@q8.be, stating your customer number and card number.
Depending on your package, the following conditions apply:
- Compact: one-time fee of €9.99
- Plus & Corporate: free request
After processing, we will send the physical card to the official address registered in our systems.
