With your Q8 electric card, you benefit as a private and business customer* from a favorable rate when charging on the Q8 network.

The following rates apply:

• Belgium: € 0.59/kWh instead of € 0.73/kWh
• Netherlands: € 0.59/kWh instead of € 0.73/kWh
• Luxembourg: € 0.52/kWh instead of € 0.64/kWh

The favorable rate is applied automatically. You do not need to do anything yourself. In the app and on your invoice, you will immediately see the lower rate per kWh. No separate discount is shown.

Good to know: these rates apply only on the Q8 charging network. Are you charging at a partner or on another network via roaming? In that case, the rates of that charging network apply.

The rates are already in effect and may change in the future, for example when supplier prices change.
