Can I get a receipt for my charging session at a Q8 charging station?
Did you pay directly at a Q8 electric charging station? Unfortunately, it is currently not yet possible to receive a separate receipt for your charging session. However, you can find your payment on your bank statement.
Did you charge using a charging card from another provider? You will receive the invoice from your own charging card provider.
In the meantime, we are exploring the possibilities of also offering a receipt for individual charging sessions in the future.

As a private customer, you can view your transactions via the Q8 app.
Are you a business customer* of Q8 electric?
* Your Q8 charging card starts with Q8C...
