I am exempt from VAT and therefore do not need to receive Peppol invoices. How do I turn this off?
Are you not liable for VAT? No problem. Let us know at cardsupport@q8.be. We will update your account, disable Peppol invoicing, and register your VAT number as your company number going forward. Your VAT number will no longer be shown on your invoices.
Be sure to include your customer number so that we can process your request quickly and correctly.
