Why do I see rounding differences on my Peppol invoice?
For invoices sent via Peppol, we always transmit unit prices with 6 decimal places.
Some accounting programs automatically round these prices, which can lead to small rounding differences in the total amount.
What can you do?
Ask the provider of your accounting software to check whether:
unit prices are displayed with all 6 decimal places
these full values are also used in the calculations
Still seeing differences?
If these settings are correct and you still see rounding differences, contact us at cardsupport@q8.be.
Preferably include your customer number and the specific invoice number so we can review your case further.
